About ABM

Bid and proposal management for businesses that want to bid consistently.

Atlas Bid Management assesses opportunities, shapes proposals and manages complex bids for businesses pursuing public and private sector tenders, in South Africa and internationally.

We work alongside your team, bringing structure, rigour and experienced oversight without the cost of building a large internal bid function, and we help your business improve with each submission.

Leadership & experience

Nearly two decades of turning complex opportunities into clear, competitive bids.

Shradha brings nearly two decades of bid and proposal leadership across major corporates, professional services firms and independent advisory assignments. Her experience spans complex corporate and technical environments, giving her a broad understanding of how different organisations buy, evaluate and make commercial decisions.

Her strength lies in bringing the right people together around an opportunity: interpreting buyer requirements, shaping the response strategy, challenging the evidence behind key claims and guiding contributors through review, governance and submission.

At ABM, Shradha provides senior bid leadership to organisations that need structure, rigour and experienced oversight without building a large internal bid function. Her approach is practical and disciplined: protect client information, respect contributors' time, challenge weak assumptions and continuously improve how each opportunity is pursued.

How we work

Four steps, applied to every opportunity.

  1. 01

    Assess & Plan

Confirm eligibility, buyer priorities and capacity. Agree whether to bid, then set clear responsibilities, deadlines and review points.

  2. 02

    Develop & Review

Bring specialist input together and write to the evaluation criteria. Check the response and supporting evidence to build a stronger submission.

  3. 03

    Submit

Prepare the agreed digital files or printed submission, check the final package and retain the submission receipt.

  4. 04

    Learn & Improve

Use debriefs to improve the next bid. Update templates and approved content, identify readiness gaps and strengthen the team's capability.
