ClosedLaundry Replacement of the PLC Controlling
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) All-Wales Laundry Service (AWLS), is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the replacement of the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and associated software controlling the Continuous Batch Washer (CBW) at Llansamlet Laundry Production Unit, Swansea. All works must be completed outside normal production hours to ensure no disruption to laundry operations. The Authority requires the complete delivery, installation, commissioning, training, and acceptance of the works by 28 February 2027, with all associated invoicing completed by 31 March 2027. Contractors must demonstrate relevant technical capability and experience in industrial automation, PLC systems, and operationally critical production environments.
