Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) For Inspection and securing of return air duct grilles for Housing Services Centre (HSC) Borden This requirement is for: Department of National Defence (DND) – Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) 1. Requirement CFHA, within DND, has a requirement for inspections and securing of existing floor-mounted return air grilles located in Residential Housing Units (RHU) at Housing Services Centre (HSC) Borden. 2.
