Formalize and consolidate pre-existing Legacy and Contracted Connections for ease of management and payment Recompete pre-existing Contracted Connections as they expire Establish new LIAS Connections  This RFSA is not a solicitation of bids or tenders and is intended to pre-qualify suppliers that possess the criteria required by SSC to be issued a Supply Arrangement. Although SSC intends to award as many SAs as possible resulting from this RFSA, there is no obligation to award a contract as a result of being issued an SA from this RFSA process. Procure to Pay (P2P) Portal: Procure to Pay (P2P) is an integral part of SSC’s contracting processes where all SSC requirements and solicitations are posted and managed.
