The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select one (1) qualified Service Provider to implement, support, and evolve the next-generation Smartmail Marketing Digital Platform (SMMDP). The initial implementation will focus on delivering a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) that provides a guided, customer-centric experience for planning, purchasing, executing, and measuring Smartmail Marketing campaigns.
