ITQ - Health Services Supply Chain Logistics Solution (MVP)

The requirement is for the design, configuration, integration, implementation, deployment, and operationalization of a modern, secure, scalable, and interoperable medical materiel and inventory management solution for the Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS). Phase 1 will deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), including data migration, testing, training, change management, hypercare, stabilization, and transition to operations. Optional professional services may be required to support future solution enhancements, additional integrations, capability expansion, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) readiness activities.
