It is also considering whether window cleaning should be included, lotted separately or procured separately. TUPE is expected to apply at some sites. The Council welcomes views from suppliers on: - lotting - frequency-based versus output-based specification - pay rates (Real Living Wage and National Minimum Wage) and price indexation - TUPE - responsibility for equipment and consumables - contract length, break clauses and transfer to a successor authority - social value This engagement does not commit the Council to any procurement or approach. Taking part, or not taking part, will not affect any supplier’s position in a future procurement.
